1. Wellness, not medicine
The information, scores, trends, and recommendations provided by the VIGR app and website — including recovery, training-load, and readiness signals — are intended only for general wellness, fitness, and lifestyle purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Always consult a professional
Always seek the advice of a qualified physician, licensed healthcare provider, or other appropriately credentialed professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, an exercise program, a nutritional plan, or any change to your routine. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read in or seen on VIGR.
3. Emergencies
If you think you may be experiencing a medical emergency — including but not limited to chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe injury, fainting, or thoughts of self-harm — stop using the app and call your local emergency number (for example, 911 in the United States, 112 in the EU, or 999 in the UK) or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
4. Accuracy & individual variation
Metrics displayed in VIGR are derived from data you log or that is synced from third-party devices. They may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and they will not reflect every aspect of your health. Individual responses to training, sleep, and recovery vary; what works for one person may not work for another.
5. Use at your own risk
Your use of VIGR and any decisions you make based on its content are solely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIGR disclaims all liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from reliance on the Services.
